company. In fact we likely are a
part of the “Preferred Service”
program for your insurance
company. In most cases our
estimating software matches the
software that your insurance
company adjuster uses

have an estimate from my
insurance company will you work
with it?
· Yes,
but before we start work we
review the estimate you have
been given carefully to make
sure that something hasn’t been
missed. If change is needed we
contact the adjuster directly
and work out the differences
before we start work for you.
You are responsible for your
deductible and never have to
worry about getting charged
extra for items that should be
part of the loss.

When I have a loss can I call
Partners directly or do I have
to call my agent first?
· Yes,
you are more than welcome to
call us directly. Like we say,
we will manage your loss so you
don’t have to, and will take
care of coordinating with your
agent and insurance company.

What if I have a loss in the
middle of the night, can I count
on Partners to be there?
· Yes,
at Partners we offer our clients
24/7 service! Our on call staff
is there to provide for your
needs any time day or night!

I have Partners perform
emergency service on my home,
can you take care of the repairs
of my home as well?
· Absolutely! Not
only does Partners offer
emergency services, our staff
provides complete structural and
content drying, cleaning,
inventory and repair services to
get your belongings and home
right back to where it
started….or even better than it
was before!

How soon can you be here?
· We
offer our clients 24/7 service!
In an emergency our goal is to
be there within an hour or two
of your call to us. Depending on
your need, we can also schedule
a time to meet with you to
assess the damage and then start
work accordingly.

Do you deal with my insurance
company?
· Yes,
we take care of coordinating
with your insurance company 100%
so you don’t have to. Your only
responsibility is your
deductible and you can sit back
and relax knowing that we will
handle the rest!

How long will the repairs take?
· At
Partner’s two things are
important: quality work and
returning your life to normal as
quickly as possible. Repair
times will vary from job to job.
We know that you want your house
back quickly. Our goal is to
provide quality services and
repairs in the most time
efficient manner possible!

How will I be updated about the
work being done on my home?
· A
project manager will be
personally assigned to your job
as a communications and
management focal point, updating
you and available to take any
questions you may have at any
time.

Should I start cleaning?
· Most losses no!
Depending on the loss cause/
source procedures can vary
greatly. Usually it is better to
have us come look and discuss
before taking action.

Will I ever be able to get the
smoke smell out of my clothes or
should I just throw them away?
· First
of all, don’t throw anything
away as everything needs to be
inventoried for insured loss
purposes. At Partners, we have
a specialized in-house laundry
for smoke and water damaged
clothing and fabrics. We have a
very high success rate in
completely restoring clothing
with our specialized cleaning
techniques.

Do you warranty your work?
· Yes,
all of our workmanship has a one
year warranty. Depending on
your insurance company the
warranty may be extended for up
to 5 years.
